By enrolling at Eloquent Dance Academy, parents/guardians agree to abide by the academy’s policies and procedures.
A minimum of one month’s written notice is required when withdrawing from classes. Fees remain payable during the notice period.
Fees are non-refundable for missed classes due to holidays, illness or other personal circumstances.
The academy reserves the right to close due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, building issues or government restrictions.
Students are expected to attend classes in the correct uniform with appropriate footwear and hair requirements.
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, fellow students and academy property.
Parents/guardians must inform the academy of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries which may affect participation.
