• Invoices are paid by Direct Debit on 1st of the month.

• Failure to pay fees may result in suspension from classes until payment is received.

A minimum of one month’s written notice is required when withdrawing from classes. Fees remain payable during the notice period.

Fees are non-refundable for missed classes due to holidays, illness or other personal circumstances.

The academy reserves the right to close due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, building issues or government restrictions.

Students are expected to attend classes in the correct uniform with appropriate footwear and hair requirements.

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, fellow students and academy property.

Parents/guardians must inform the academy of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries which may affect participation.

Photography and filming may take place in accordance with parental consent preferences.

While every reasonable precaution is taken, participation in dance activities is at the student’s own risk. Eloquent Dance Academy accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings except where required by law.
